How does our polyurethane injection method work? Polyjacking is a relatively simple process that requires minimal equipment. The first step is to drill small holes in the affected concrete slab. Our Poly Concrete Jacking team makes sure that these holes are correctly placed to offer the best lift, while also keeping the concrete as strong as possible to prevent cracks from forming. Next, the polyurethane injection begins. The foam material is injected slowly through the holes. As it expands, it fills the void beneath the concrete, lifting and stabilizing the slab as it does so. Finally, the holes are filled, and the work site cleaned up. Now, the concrete is once again ready for use – good as new!
